American Robin
These guys are pretty common across the US, although they are seasonal in the north, and even here in the south we don't see much of them in the winter. We don't usually have them come to our feeders, but then we don't usually put out fruit, which Stokes says they will eat from feeders. But we do occasionally put out mealworms, and this guy decided that was worth getting up off the ground for!
He will show up within minutes whenever we put the worms out, so if the Bluebirds want any, they have to be quick!
This poor guy was definitely having a bad hair day!
