TVA Dams in Alabama

TVA has 3 "main stream" dams in Alabama: Guntersville, Wheeler, and Wilson. We have bagged 'em all. As mentioned before, Wilson has a single 100 foot lift lock, and also as a result of the head, is the highest capacity of the TVA Hydro Plants at 536 Megawatts (excluding Raccoon Mountain).

TVA also has several smaller dams on creeks in Northwest Alabama.
